Leonard has led award-winning campaigns recognized among the Top Digital Marketing and Branding Agencies in 2024, generating multi-million-dollar outcomes and advising over 5,000 CEOs, partners, and business leaders. His guidance has positioned clients in top-tier outlets, including Forbes, Bloomberg, and the American Marketing Association, establishing credibility, authority, and industry influence.

Previously, Leonard served as Chief Marketing Officer at national marketing and PR agencies and a prominent international law firm, managing a $4.5M P&L across five countries. He drove enterprise-wide digital transformation and aligned marketing, sales, and operations to deliver measurable business growth. Earlier, he held senior leadership roles across law firms, entertainment, and media, consistently creating integrated marketing solutions that moved organizations forward.

In addition to corporate leadership, Leonard has advised organizations including Sony Pictures Entertainment, Universal Production Music, and the City of Los Angeles on branding, communications, and digital strategy. Leonard holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and completed executive education in Business Decision Science at Harvard Business School. Outside of work, he enjoys gardening, producing thought leadership content, and spending time with his beloved Pomeranian, Klaus.
